Identify the early signs and risk factors of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
Implement evidence-based management strategies for diabetic nephropathy, including glycemic control, blood pressure management, and cardiovascular risk reduction.
Select appropriate biomarkers for monitoring disease progression and assessing treatment efficacy in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nephrologists, dietitians, and cardiologists, to provide comprehensive care for patients with diabetic nephropathy.
