This was interesting and pointless all at the same time. I feel that people including nurses have personalities and occasional lack of social skills that cannot be learned in a book. Its unfortunate that even interpersonal relationships between nurse and patient needs directional training. Because everything has become sensitive and politically correct and nurses and patients may be becoming too disconnected to the human state of wellbeing while focusing too much on politically correctness.
