Identify the diverse array of symptoms associated with long COVID, ranging across many organ systems.
Screen patients for long COVID symptoms during routine follow-up visits or dedicated assessments.
Select appropriate diagnostic tests and investigations to aid in the diagnosis and management of long COVID.
Coordinate comprehensive care plans with the interprofessional team, including rehabilitation services, mental health support, and social assistance, for patients with long COVID.
