- Describe the technique involved in wound irrigation.
- Describe the contraindications to wound irrigation.
- Outline the strategies of the interprofessional team for enhancing care coordination and communication to advance the management of contaminated wounds and attain the best possible standard of care for patients with wounds and lacerations.
