Identify the underlying pathophysiology and etiology of vascular dementia to diagnose affected individuals accurately.
Differentiate vascular dementia from other major neurocognitive disorders, such as Alzheimer disease and Lewy body dementia.
Implement current evidence-based approaches to develop targeted treatment plans for affected individuals.
Apply interprofessional team strategies for improving care coordination to advance the treatment of vascular dementia and improve outcomes.
