Identify appropriate candidates for sumatriptan therapy based on migraine characteristics and patient history.
Apply knowledge of sumatriptan's mechanism of action to provide effective migraine pain relief.
Assess patients for potential adverse effects related to the central nervous system and recognize signs of serotonin syndrome.
Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to optimize sumatriptan therapy and ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
