Identify the essential personal and family medical history items to address in the pre-participation evaluation.
Summarize the physical examination findings in a prospective athlete limiting or prohibiting sports participation.
Review the indications for diagnostic testing and specialty referrals for prospective athletes.
Develop a plan for the interprofessional team to screen and educate patients on safe sports participation.
