Implement evidence-based treatment protocols for portal vein thrombosis management to optimize patient outcomes.
Assess the efficacy of anticoagulation therapy and other interventions in patients with portal vein thrombosis to adjust treatment plans as needed.
Apply percutaneous techniques and other minimally invasive procedures for portal vein thrombosis management to minimize complications.
Implement a structured interprofessional team approach to provide effective care and appropriate surveillance for patients with portal vein thrombosis.
