Identify when patent foramen ovale should be considered on differential diagnosis.
Compare the evaluation options for patent foramen ovale.
Assess the management options for patent foramen ovale.
Communicate how enhanced coordination of the interprofessional team can lead to more rapid detection of patent foramen ovale and subsequently enhance pathology detection and allow for treatment when indicated.
