At the conclusion of this activity, the learner will be better able to:
Identify the clinical features and characteristic appearance of angioid streaks during ophthalmic examinations.
Implement comprehensive management plans for patients diagnosed with angioid streaks, considering both ocular and systemic implications.
Assess the progression of angioid streaks over time through regular ophthalmic evaluations and imaging studies.
Communicate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate follow-up for patients with angioid streaks.
