Implement appropriate management strategies, including surveillance, lifestyle modifications, and medical interventions, tailored to the specific renal cystic disease and its stage.
Facilitate seamless care transitions and continuity of care by coordinating referrals, follow-up appointments, and multidisciplinary consultations, optimizing patient outcomes and experiences.
