• Implement evidence-based guidelines for the timely diagnosis and treatment of adrenal crisis, including appropriate use of glucocorticoid therapy and fluid resuscitation.

• Apply stress dosing guidelines for glucocorticoid replacement therapy during stressful situations, such as trauma, surgery, and severe illness, to prevent adrenal crisis.

• Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to monitor and educate patients with adrenal insufficiency and implement patient-specific prevention strategies to avoid adrenal crises.
