Identify risk factors and early signs of open-angle glaucoma during routine patient evaluations.
Differentiate between open-angle glaucoma and other ocular conditions that may present with similar symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Assess disease progression and treatment efficacy regularly through comprehensive ocular examinations and monitoring intraocular pressure levels.
Implement care coordination amongst interprofessional teams to advance the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and improve patient outcomes.
