Dr. Grandhe is a triple board-certified physician with dual fellowships from Harvard-affiliated institutions. He trained in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and in Bioethics at the Harvard Center for Bioethics. Among his many accolades, he is one of the youngest physicians to earn the prestigious designation of Fellow of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (FAAHPM), the highest honor awarded by AAHPM.
Dr. Grandhe is board-certified in Hospice by the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board (HMDCB), reflecting his advanced expertise in hospice leadership and patient care. He is also a Healthcare Ethics Consultant-Certified (HEC-C), demonstrating his commitment to upholding ethical principles in medical practice. Additionally, he is a Certified Physician Executive (CPE), showcasing his leadership skills in healthcare management. As a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (ABLM), he incorporates preventive and lifestyle-focused strategies into patient care.
Having grown up in Bakersfield, California, Dr. Grandhe is deeply connected to the Central Valley, where he has dedicated his career to serving the region’s medically underserved and disadvantaged populations. His dedication to ethical medical practice was further recognized through his acceptance into Harvard Medical School’s esteemed fellowship in Bioethics, underscoring his commitment to promoting medical ethics in patient care.
